Boats and Submarines

Explore what makes boats float and submarines sink and test your own design in The Lab. Use your best engineering skills to tackle the problem of buoyancy.
Train Your Brain

Our brains have so many jobs throughout the day. Even with all they do, we can also train our brains to do new things! Try out your skills with some of our brain activities.
Animal Investigators

There has been a new animal sneaking around the museum, but no one knows what it is. There are some clues left behind that we can study. Come to The Lab and help us solve this mystery!
Chemistry Week: The Chemistry of Energy

Join us and celebrate Chemistry Week with National Informal STEM Education Network activities! We will take a look at how chemistry affects the energy we use and what the future of energy may look like. On Saturday, scientists Talyiz Rodriguez and Jessica Griswold will join us to share their research in chemistry.
