The Museum offers an exciting suite of programs designed for our littlest learners. These hands-on programs offer opportunities for connection. They are designed to foster social development, motor skills, and early critical thinking skills.

Circle Time

Wednesday and Thursday
Meet in Sound Garden at 9:30 am
Meet in KEVA at 10:30 am

For ages 5 and younger

Make new friends and memories with your little one at our Circle Time! Together we’ll sing songs, read stories, and build something awesome together in the Sound Garden. This 15 – 20 minute program is the perfect way to start your day at the Museum.

Storytime

Wednesday and Thursday
Meet in Hideaway Woods at 11:30 am

For ages 5 and younger

Join a Museum educator for a story adventure! We’ll explore exciting tales through read-alouds and themed activities that spark imagination and curiosity. This 15 – 30 minute program is perfect for families who love stories and a touch of exploration.

Baby Time

Wednesday and Thursday
Meet in Play to Learn at 12:30 pm

For ages 12 months and younger

Bond with your baby in our playful Baby Time program! This 10 – 15 minute session is designed for caregivers and their little ones, with songs and movement activities that promote early learning and development.

Messy Play

Meet in Earth Moves
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

For ages 8 years and younger

Drop in for hands on messy play that sparks creativity, builds fine motor skills, and ignites a love for learning through sensory exploration. From mud masterpieces to vibrant paint splatters, the fun is endless! Come explore, get messy, and learn through play!

Storytime

Meet in Bird Viewing Area
Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am

For ages 5 years and younger

Step out of the crowd and calm your senses with this nature themed story time. Nestling in the Bird Viewing Area, this story time immerses you in your child in enchanting tales about the wonders of the natural world. This 15 – 30 mintue program is perfect for families who want to spark a love of nature and storytelling in their little ones.
