Grab your friends and skate in your socks on our synthetic skating rink! Enjoy an enchanting trip through the woods aboard the Ellerbe Creek Railroad. Then, take a leisurely stroll under thousands of glistening lights from the Butterfly House up through our Dinosaur Trail. Take photos at some of our most unique photo op spots on campus. Don’t forget to swing by the Butterfly House and participate in a holiday craft or join our Education and Engagement staff for an exciting activity.

Admission to Holiday Spirits includes:

• One train ride on the Ellerbe Creek Railway.
• Access to some of our most popular exhibits, including the Dino Trail, Butterfly House, and Bayer Insectarium.
• Expert led activities exploring various topics!

Beer, wine, and cider will be available for purchase at our cash bars. All proceeds from this event will benefit our conservation and education initiatives that help inspire lifelong learning at the Museum.
