Sprout opened in 2012 as a collaboration between the Museum of Life and Science and Farmer’s Table Restaurant Group. In keeping with the Farmer’s Table mission, Sprout Café uses local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible in their many breakfast, lunch, and snack options. With seating available both indoors and on the seasonal covered patio, you’re invited to pull up a chair, relax, and savor all Sprout has to offer.

Located at Sprout Café, Hops & Vine is our premier beer and wine garden. Purchase premium beer, wine, and cider that you can enjoy on our patio or in the outdoor spaces of the Museum.

Now featuring Citrusaurus Wheat, a crisp, easy-drinking wheat beer brewed in partnership with Bond Brothers Beer Company. Guests ages 21 and up are invited to try this latest collaboration!
