Celebrate Latine and Hispanic Heritage Month with our seasonal game of La Lotería!

Join the Museum for Latine and Hispanic Heritage month by participating in juegos and activities created and commonly celebrated within Latine communities, and the opportunity to participate in some programs in both Spanish and English! Join as many activities as you can to fill out your Lotería tabla before Oct. 15 for a specially themed button!

La Lotería is a much-loved game, or juego, that rose in popularity to be played by friends and familia at fiestas. Similar to bingo, players, or jugadores, receive a playing board, in a 4×4 grid, with a total of 16 squares. Whereas bingo cards are filled with numbers, the lotería cards, called tablas, feature vibrant pictures of animals, objects, and characters.

¡Únase al Museo para el Mes de la Herencia Latine e Hispana por participar en juegos y actividades creados y comúnmente celebrados dentro de las comunidades latinas, y la oportunidad de participar en algunos programas tanto en español como en inglés! ¡Únase a tantas actividades como pueda para completar su tabla de Lotería antes del 15 de octubre para obtener un botón con un tema especial!
