Whole Mama Yoga Storytime

Stand up tall, feel good in your body and take a deep breath! Kiddos and their caregivers will move their breath and their body in this fun, family-friendly story time yoga session. Together we will practice mindful listening during story time, learn new ways to move our body through playful yoga poses and connect with ourselves using imaginative breathwork!
