Colors of November

From plush summer greens to fall yellows and reds, the time is upon us. We are there. Fall. Enjoy the colors while you can.

Here’s what I saw while out on the loop (in no particular order).

Sweetgum.

Sweetgum leaf.

Swamp rose hips.

Dawn redwood.

Wax myrtle fruit.

Sourwood leaf.

Sourwood.

Red bud.

Scarlet oak.

Leaf litter with various leaves.

Sassafras.

Three leaves of sassafras.

Warm weather brought out a few green tree frogs.

Leaf litter, with sweet gum, grape, pine cones and more.

Muscadine grape leaves.

Elm.

Flowering dogwood.

Fringe tree, or old man’s beard.

Red-shouldered hawk.

Remember, you can’t see it if you’re not there. So, what are you waiting for, go out and have a look around!
